Our Fabrication Process Workflow:
Consultation
Define project goals, functional requirements and aesthetic considerations. All to create a personalised quotation report.
Fabrication
Designs head make there way to our workshop for fabrication / manufacturing.
Site Preperation
Preparing the installation area, including site surveys and ground works if necessary.
Quotation & Design
Sketches / digital concepts.
Detailed quote brief. Engineering drawings / 3D models may be required.
Material Finish
Once fabrication is complete items will be finished according to the design spec. Galvanised, Zinc Plated, Powder Coated. Etc.
Installation
We offer full Installation and assembling services on site, ensuring a smooth install process with minimal Hassel.
Approval
Review of the final design with customers to ensure it meets all requirements and obtain final sign-off before manufacture.
Quality Assurance
All Finished items as quality checked before leaving our workshop. Any issues are noticed and corrected before shipping.
Testing / Commission
Conducting functionality tests to ensure the installation meets performance and safety criteria.
Production Planning
Organising workflows, setting deadlines and allocating resources. Giving target dates for Fabrication, Installation & Final completion
Packaging & Logistics
Safely packaging components and coordinating their transport to the installation site.
